Tour Plan

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro or Arusha International Airport, your private driver-guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your accommodation, where you can enjoy dinner and relax for the night in preparation for the start of your tour the following day. Meals Included: Bed & Breakfast
After breakfast, we will set off early for Lake Manyara National Park, a stunning haven celebrated for its abundant birdlife and iconic tree-climbing lions. The park is framed by the striking Rift Valley escarpment to the west and the shallow, alkaline waters of Lake Manyara to the east. The lake, which changes in size with the seasons, becomes a vibrant sanctuary for thousands of flamingos during the rainy months. The name "Manyara" originates from the Maasai word "emanyara," referring to a plant traditionally used to build protective enclosures around their homesteads, known as bomas. The park features diverse landscapes, ranging from open savannah to dense, lush forests. While exploring, we may encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, elephants, and with a bit of luck, lions lounging in trees. After enjoying a delicious lunch and an immersive game drive, we will travel to our partner lodges in Karatu, where we’ll unwind with a hearty dinner and spend the night in comfort.   Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch &Dinner
After breakfast, we will set out early for the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, the Crater reveals itself as a secluded paradise, encircled by towering volcanic walls that shelter a pristine ecosystem of vast savannahs, scattered acacia woodlands, glistening lakes, and vibrant swamps. This natural wonder was created two to three million years ago when a massive volcano erupted and collapsed, forming a caldera. The Crater is celebrated not only for its dramatic landscape but also for its remarkable biodiversity, hosting one of Africa's highest concentrations of large mammals. The descent into the Crater is an adventure in itself, leading to a rich wildlife haven where herds of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 bird species roam freely. This area also provides a rare opportunity to spot the endangered black rhino, often seen grazing in the open grasslands. After enjoying a picnic lunch and an exhilarating game drive, we will return to our partner lodges in Karatu for a relaxing dinner and overnight stay. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch &Dinner
After breakfast, we will depart early for Tarangire National Park, named after the Tarangire River that meanders through its landscape. Often referred to as the "river of warthogs," this vital water source sustains the region's wildlife during the dry season. The park is characterized by a variety of habitats, including dense elephant grass, acacia woodlands, and verdant groundwater forests. Tarangire is renowned for its impressive elephant herds, frequently seen congregating along the riverbanks. As we explore, we may also encounter giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, and other wildlife, which in turn attract predators like lions and leopards. Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled to discover that Tarangire holds the record for the highest number of breeding bird species in the world. After a delightful lunch and an immersive game drive, we will make our way back to Arusha, concluding our adventure.
